Who we are

Founded by Noah Traeger, Traeger Projects is a locally owned building company based in Margaret River, delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction throughout the South West. Alongside Noah is Rigby, the Traeger Projects “site foreman” and loyal right-hand man, who can usually be found by his side on-site, in the ute, or checking in on projects throughout the region.

Having grown up in Margaret River, Noah has a strong connection to the region and understands the local environment and conditions homes are exposed to. This knowledge plays an important role in the way Traeger Projects approaches construction — focusing on quality workmanship, durable materials, and building methods designed to withstand the South West climate and stand the test of time.

Noah began his career in the building industry while still in Year 11, starting his carpentry apprenticeship before going on to complete his Certificate III in Carpentry & Joinery. He later completed his Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) CPC50220 through the Housing Industry Association, became a HIA member, and achieved Registered Builder status at the age of 25. Noah now holds Building Contractor Registration BC105554 and Building Practitioner Licence BP105750.

Traeger Projects specialises in timber frame custom homes, residential new builds, additions, renovations, and commercial projects. With a hands-on approach from start to finish, Noah stays closely involved throughout every stage of the build process to ensure a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and clear communication with clients.

At Traeger Projects, we believe great construction is where design meets reality. Our focus is on creating functional, well-built spaces using quality products and practical building methods that deliver long-lasting results. Sustainability, reliability, and craftsmanship remain at the centre of every project we undertake.

Outside of work, Noah is a keen surfer and enjoys spending time around the coast whenever the conditions are good — although more often than not, weekends are spent on-site making sure every project continues to meet the highest standard.
