Consultation

Every project begins with a conversation. we take time to understand your vision, scope, and expectations. Whether its a renovation, New build, Addition, or commercial Build.
Site assessment & Planning

We will visit your site to assess the scope of work required. We will then consult with our draftsman, Trades and suppliers to ensure planning aligns with your budget, Design and Timeframe.
Quote and Contract

We will Then Provide a comprehensive quote Detailing all trades and stages throughout the Build. Once approved works proceed under a signed HIA Contract Generally fixed price based on the severity of the build.
Project Kickoff

We’ll Confirm your start date, Well be in contact with all trades involved and discuss expectation, site access, safety and timelines for the duration of the build so everything flows smoothly and everything is agreed upon before work starts.
Progress & Communication

We will maintain consistent communication throughout your build. Weekly updates on any major movements of the project, along with regular check-ins. Transparency and collaboration keep every project on track.
Practical Completion

On Completion, we conduct a formal handover and identify any final items requiring attention. Any defects are rectified promptly, ensuring your new space meets our standards and yours.
